1. Scope of the Agreement
This Membership Agreement governs the terms of access between Pulsrad ("Company") and the registered user ("Member").
2. Membership Tiers & Access Levels
The platform offers Free Tier (basic delayed market data) and Premium Tier (unrestricted access to all CEX/DEX radars, millisecond WebSocket streams, and whale detection tools).
3. Subscription & Web3 Payments
Subscriptions are billed in USDT/USDC or supported crypto assets via decentralized blockchain transactions or verified processors.
4. No Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Because analytical terminal tools and live indicators are digital goods delivered and consumed immediately, payments are final and non-refundable.
5. Single-User License & Account Security
Accounts are strictly individual and non-transferable. Simultaneous logins from conflicting global IPs may trigger automatic security locks.
6. Uptime Standards & Force Majeure
The Company aims for 99.8% server availability; network-wide RPC failures or exchange rate-limits beyond our control do not constitute a breach.
7. Account Termination
Accounts engaged in unauthorized data scraping, reverse engineering, or abusive behavior will be permanently terminated without notice.
8. Effective Date
This Agreement takes effect immediately upon account registration or clicking "Create Account".
